PRESENTATION to Arcadia High School students 1. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of extension of time for land-use moratorium for the area between Eighth Avenue and Tenth Avenue, north of Camino Real. URGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 1838, imposing a moratorium in the consideration of, and prohibiting land-use, and building permits of all applications for tentative maps or tentative parcel maps resulting in a divi- sion of lots or the creation of new or additional parcels in a specified area of the City. 2. ORDINANCE NO. 1835 - For Adoption - Amending Sections 3214.5 and 3214.6 of the Arcadia Muni- cipal Code amending Sections 11.13 and 11,14 of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance. b. ORDINANCE N0. 1836 - For Adoption - Repealing Division 9 of Part 2 of Article VI o: tne Arcadia Municipal.Code in its entirety and adding a new Division 9 Regulating Taxicabs. c. ORDINANCE NO. 1837 - For Introduction - Amending Chapter 9.2 to Article IV of the Arcadia Muni- cipal Code regarding signs on public property by repealing Section 4912.5 regarding temporary election signs. d. RESOLUTION N0. 5301, setting City of Arcadia water rates and finding the rates will not exceed the estimated amount necessary to fund operation of the City Water System. e.
