INVOCATION PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL: Council Members Gilb, Hannah, Lojeski, Young and Pellegrino MINUTES of the regular meeting of February 18 and the adjourned and regular meetings of March 4, 1986 MOTION: Read all ordinances and resolutions by title only and waive reading in full. 1. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of T.A. 86 -1, adding to and amending Sections of the Arcadia Municipal Code pertaining to the "D" Architectural Design Zone procedures and the consideration of revised Design Resolutions for the existing R -0 and R -1 zoned areas governed by Home Owners Associations. 2. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of tentative map 34067, a proposed tentative map to create a 5 -unit residential condo- minium at 422 E1 Dorado Street (Jim Kuhn, appli- cant). 3. PUBLIC HEARING Engineer's Report on Underground Utility District No. 11, Huntington Drive from Santa Anita Avenue to Second Avenue. Recommendation for Salary Resolution Amendment for classifications of Senior Steno Clerk and Communications Supervisor. C. Request for additional budget appropriation to pay for Water Rights Lease and Replenishment Water Assessment. d. Recommendation for award of contract to resurface various streets - Job No. 586. e. Request to approve the sale of Group W Cable, Inc. to a consortium of five cable television opera- tors. b. Request of Greenleaf Nurseries to transfer lease of City property at 620 East Live Oak (Par 3 site) to Greenscapes Nursery. CITY ATTORNEY a. ORDINANCE NO. 1831 - For Introduction - Rezoning the property located at 646 and 650 W. Huntington Drive from R -3 (multiple- family residential) to C -0 & D (professional office with a design over- lay). b. RESOLUTION NO. 5284, approving the Planning Commission's decision granting Conditional Use Permit No. 85 -24 with conditions and findings.
