MINUTES of the adjourned regular meeting of February 18,
1986
MOTION: Read all ordinances and resolutions by title
only and waive reading in full.
ADMINISTRATION of Oath of Office to Lawrence Papay,
Planning Commission
1. PUBLIC HEARING
Consideration of an appeal of Resolution No. 1307,
granting C.U.P. 85 -24, to operate an eating establish-
ment at 328 E. Foothill Boulevard (Carmelo Palazzolo,
applicant).
2. PUBLIC HEARING
Consideration of Z -86 -1, a proposed change from R -3
(multiple family) to C -0 & D (professional office with
a design overlay) at 646 and 650 W. Huntington Drive
(State Farm Insurance, applicant).
3. PUBLIC HEARING
Consideration of T.M. 35489, a proposed tentative map
for an 8 -unit residential condominium at 25 -31
Colorado Boulevard (Joseph and Laural Erpenbeck,
owners /applicants).
4. PUBLIC HEARING
Consideration of T.M. 35657, a proposed tentative map
to create a 6 -lot subdivision at 1925 and 1929 S. Second
Avenue (Chris Construction Company, Inc., appli-
cant).

a. Consideration of tentative Map 34067, a proposed
tentative map to create a 5 -unit residential
condominium at 422 E1 Dorado Street (Jim Kuhn,
applicant - PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED).
b. Consideration of T.A. 86 -1, adding to and amending
Sections of the Arcadia Municipal Code pertaining
to the "D" Architectural Design Zone procedures
and the consideration of revised Design Resolutions
for the existing R -0 and R -1 zoned areas governed
by Home Owners Associations (PUBLIC HEARING TO BE
SCHEDULED).
C. Report on Underground Utilities District No. 11,
Huntington Drive (including alley to south)
between Santa Anita and Second Avenue (PUBLIC
HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED).
d. Recommendation to purchase emergency generator
for Santa Anita and Canyon Pumping Plants.
e. Recommendation to approve contract for providing
mandated Cost Claiming Services.

11. CITY ATTORNEY ACTION
a. ORDINANCE NO. 1830 - For Adoption - Adding and
amending Sections of the Arcadia Municipal Code
making provisions for vesting Tentative Maps and
vesting Tentative Parcel Maps.
b. RESOLUTION NO. 5279, establishing a no- parking
area at the northwest corner of Second Avenue
and Huntington Drive between the west curb of
Second Avenue and the east boundary Of the Santa
Fe Railroad property, southerly of Wheeler.
c. RESOLUTION NO. 5280, establishing voting pre-
cincts and polling places, appointing precinct
board members and fixing compensation for the
general municipal election of said City on
Tuesday, April 8, 1986, heretofore called by
Resolution No. 5262 of the City Council.
d. RESOLUTION NO. 5281, approving the decision of
the Planning Commission granting Conditional Use
Permit 85 -23, with Findings.
