PRESENTATION by Armando DeCastro, Commissioner of Region 2, American Youth Soccer Organization 1. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of an appeal of Resolution No. 1309 denying C.U.P. 86 -2, a request to reconstruct the garage portion of an existing automobile service station and construct a 3,600 square foot retail building at 529 E. Live Oak Avenue (Narcis Aroyan, applicant). 2. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of T.M. 44536, a proposed tentative map for a 20 -unit residential condominium project at 410 -434 California Street, 417 -421 Diamond Street (Rodine Development, Inc., applicant). ACTION 3. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of T.M. 44534 (extension of Arthur Avenue), a proposed tentative map for a 6 -lot single- family subdivision (3 existing lots, 3 new lots) at 35 W. Longden, 29 W. Longden and 30 W. Las Flores (Angelo R. Passemato, applicant). 4. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of T.A. 86 -2, a text amendment adding Section 9281.5 to the Arcadia Municipal Code, adding regulations prohibiting exterior use of security devices in commercial and industrial zones. PUBLIC HEARING ACTION Consideration of a request from Santa Anita Fashion Park to include Circus Vargas as one of the shopping center's promotional /entertainment events for the period of May 16 through May 18, 1986. 6. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS Planning Commission recommendation regarding petition requesting zone change for properties on Eighth and Tenth Avenues and consideration of temporary ordinance placing a moratorium on new development. 7. JOINT PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Disposition and Development Agreement for a commercial mixed -use development of the South Side of Huntington Drive, east of Second Avenue, by Stanley W. Gribble and Associates. RESOLUTION NO. 5297, approving the sale, disposition and development of certain property located in the Central Redevelopment Project pursuant to the terms of a Disposition and Development Agreement by and between the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency and Stanley W. Gribble and Associates, making certain findings in accordance with Health and Safety Code Section 33433, and recommending the certification of an Environmental Impact Report and Addendum thereto. RESOLUTION NO. ARA -95, certifying a Final Envi- ronmental Impact Report prepared in connection with the proposed sale, disposition and the development of certain property pursuant to the terms of a Disposition and Development Agreement by and between the Arcadia Redevelop- ment Agency and Stanley W. Gribble and Associates. RESOLUTION NO. ARA -96, approving the sale, disposition and development of certain prop- erty located in the Central Redevelopment Project pursuant to a Disposition and Develop- ment Agreement by and between the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency and Stanley W.
