Request for Redevelopment Agency loan from City of Arcadia. RESOLUTION NO. ARA -124, adthorizing execution of and approving a Loan Agreement with the City of Arcadia for a loan and appropriation made by the City of Arcadia from the Equipment . Replacement Fund, Sewer Fund; Water Fund and a Capital Outlay Fund for the cquisition of property, relocation of residents and businesses and capital improvements for redevelopment purposes. Consideration of Final Map 43340, for a proposed 8 -unit residential condominium project at 50 and 54 Alice Street (Longridge Corporation, owner /developer of the site). Approved c. Consideration of Final Map 42497, for a proposed 16 -unit residential condominium project at 744 and 750 Fairview Avenue (Loren Phillips and Associates, Incorporated, architect of the pro - Approved ject). d. Recommendation for award of contract for the Replacement of Street Trees on Huntington Drive and First Avenue - Job No. 588A. Approved e. Recommendation to retain Gordon Bricken & Associates for further Sound Wall studies. Approved f. Recommendation for overtime funding for the 1986 Oak Tree Race season. Approved g. Request from Holy Angels Church for waiver of fees for amusement rides at their fiesta October 24, 25 and 26. Approved 6. CITY ATTORNEY a.
