November 17, 1987
MOTION: Read all ordinances and resolutions by title
only and waive reading in full.
1. PUBLIC HEARING
Consideration of Text Amendment T.A. 87-15 limiting
adult entertainment establishments to the M-1 and
M-2 zones subject to specific locational requirements
and a Conditional Use Permit.
2. PUBLIC HEARING
Consideration of Text Amendment 87-16 establishing
a maximum allowable percentage of floor area set
aside for office space in industrial zones.
3. Time reserved for those in the audience who wish
to address the City Council (five-minute time
limit per person).

a. ORDINANCE N0. 1873 - For Adoption - Adding a
Division 7 to Part 8 of Chapter 2 of Article IX
of the Arcadia Municipal Code to set out condi-
tions and procedures for permitting recycling
facilities.
b. RESOLUTION NO. 5383, appointing specific repre-
sentatives to the Independent Cities Risk
Management Authority.
c. RESOLUTION NO. 5384, approving a property line
adjustment agreement and an encroachment
agreement and permit - Robert Low, 333 Hunting-
ton.
d. RESOLUTION NO. 5385, calling and giving notice
of the holding of a General Municipal Election
to be held in said City on Tuesday, April 12,
1988, for the election of certain officers of
said City as required by the provisions of the
City Charter.

Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles to
permit the Registrar-Recorder of said County
to render specified services to the City relat-
