RESOLUTION NO. 5340, declaring that weeds growing upon and in front of, and brush, rub- bish, refuse and dirt upon and in front of certain private property in the City are a public nuisance, and declaring ita intention to provide for the abatement thereof (setting a Public Hearing for February 17, 1987).
