Consideration of an appeal of the Planning Commission's
denial of Zone Variance V -87 -2 for the removal of an
existing single - family dwelling (1118 -A S. Sixth)
and its reconstruction on a nonconforming R -1 lot
containing three single - family dwellings at 1118, Public Hearing Closed;
1118 -A and 1120 S. Sixth Avenue (Mr. and Mrs. Kevork Denied
Belikian, owners /applicants).
2. Time reserved for those in the audience who
wish to address the City Council (five- minute
time limit per person).
