Consideration of an appeal of the Planning Commission's denial of an appeal of one of the conditions of approval of Home Occupa- tion Permit 85-124 which permitted the operation of a limousine service at 136 W. La Sierra Drive, subject to the condition that only one limousine be allowed on the premises. The applicants are requesting permission to allow three limousines (Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Brooks, owners - PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED). b. Recommendation for acceptance of work for Street Lighting Improvements on LeRoy Avenue and Sewanee Lane - Job No. 636 (PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULEDj. c. Consideration of Final Map 45902 for a 10-unit residential condominium project at 134-138 Bonita Street (L and D Engineering on behalf of Joseph and Laurel Erpenbeck, owners and developers of the site). d. Consideration of Final Map 46164 for an 8-unit residential condominium project at 46-50 Alta Street (L and D Engineering on behalf of William Wietsma, President of Wietsma Properties, Inc., a California Corporation, which is the owner and developer of the site). e. CITY ATTORNEY a. ORDINANCE N0. 1897 - For Adoption - Amending the R-1 regulations to allow a maximum fireplace encroachment in the side yard setback of 1'-0" (T,A. 88-003). b. ORDINANCE N0. 1989 - For Adoption - Amending certain sections of Division 1 and 2 of Part 2, Article III regarding prima facie speed limits. c. ORDINANCE NO. 1899 - For Introduction - Adding Sections 9250.3.3.1 and 9252.5.1 to the R-M and R-1 regulations and amending Section 9252.2,11.2 to require a minimum 20'-0" side yard setback on the street side of reverse corner lots (T.A. 88-004). -3- AGENDA 12/6/88 • .
