1. PUBLIC HEARING
Draft Environmental Impact Report for an inert
landfill, a parcel map creating three lots from
one lot and a public storage facility in the City
of Arcadia.
2. Time reserved for those in the audience who
wish to address the City Council (five- minute
time limit per person).

HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED).
b. Consideration of a text amendment to add
Section 9250.3.3.1 to the R -M zone and
Section 9252.2.5.1 to the R -1 zone
requiring a minimum 20' -0" side yard
setback on the street side of reverse
corner lots (PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED).
C. Recommendation for final acceptance of
installation of Traffic Signal System and
modification of existing Street Light
System on Huntington Drive at Fourth
Avenue - Job No. 638.
d. Request for temporary Christmas tree
storage tents.

a residential refuse contract.

a. ORDINANCE NO. 1896 - For Adoption - Amending
Article VI of the Arcadia Municipal Code
concerning Businesses, Professions, Trades
and Occupations, the Business License fees
applicable thereto, and related matters.

to annex certain lands to the Arcadia
Consolidated Lighting District (Annexation
No. 15) and fixing a time for hearing objec-

for bicycle and pedestrian facilities funds
authorized under SB 821.
d. RESOLUTION NO. 5451, establishing an appro-
priations limit for the fiscal year 1988 -89
pursuant to Article XIIIB of the California
