PRESENTATION of Plaque to Henrietta Loeffler, outgoing member of the Senior Citizens' Commission ADMINISTRATION of Oath of Office to Alphonse Citro, Senior Citizens' Commission PRESENTATION by Arcadia Unified School District 1. PUBLIC HEARING Draft Environmental Impact Report for an inert landfill, a parcel map creating three lots from one lot and a public storage facility in the City of Arcadia. 2. Consideration of an appeal of the Planning Commission's approval of a two -story dwelling with attached garage at 1035 Hampton Road (Mr. and Mrs. Rick Owen, owners /applicants, Chris Brown, the Rancho Santa Anita Property Owner's Association, appellants - PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED). b. Consideration of a text amendment to add Section 9250.3.3.1 to the R -M zone and Section 9252.2.5.1 to the R -1 zone requiring a minimum 20' -0" side yard setback on the street side of reverse corner lots (PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED). C. Recommendation for final acceptance of installation of Traffic Signal System and modification of existing Street Light System on Huntington Drive at Fourth Avenue - Job No. 638. d. Request for temporary Christmas tree storage tents. 7. CITY MANAGER a. Selection of contractor with whom to negotiate a residential refuse contract. 8. CITY ATTORNEY a.
