PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of a Building Code Variance and Zoning Code Modification application No. 88 -007, for a covered patio and gazebo at 926 Ninth (George Lucas, owner). PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of Business License Fee Schedule revision. ORDINANCE NO. 1896 - For Introduction - Amending Article VI of the Arcadia Municipal Code concerning Businesses, Professions, Trades and Occupations, the business license fee applicable thereto, and related matters. 3. Consideration of Text Amendment 88 -003 to amend "Exception 3" of Sections 9252.2.4, 9252.2.5, 9252.2.11.1 and 9252.2.11.2 of the R -1 zone relating to encroachment of fireplaces in the side yard setback and adding Sections 9250.3.13, 9251.2.11 and 9252.2.14 to R -M, R -0 and R -1 zones establishing a maximum floor area to lot area ratio for all buildings and structures on a lot (PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED). b. Draft Environmental Impact Report for an inert landfill, a parcel map creating three lots from one lot and a public storage facility in the City of Arcadia (PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED). C. Recommendation for selection of a refuse contractor for further negotiations of a five -year refuse contract (PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED). d. Consideration of Final Map 46427, for an 11 -unit condominium project at 333 Genoa (Robert Miner and Victor Jasniy, applicants). e. Request for approval and execution of an Amendment to Contract between the Board of Administration of the Public Employees' Retirement System and the City Council of the City of Arcadia for Third Tier 1959 Survivor Bernefits. f. ORDINANCE NO. 1895 - For Adoption - Authorizing an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the City of Arcadia and the Board of Administration of the Public Employees' Retirement System.
