MINUTES of the adjourned and regular meetings of
September 6, 1988
MOTION: Read all ordinances and resolutions by
title only and waive reading in full.
PRESENTATION of Proclamation
1. PUBLIC HEARING
Consideration of Modification MC 88 -060, appealing
the Planning Commission's conditions of approval for
a new 660 square foot, detached, two -car garage
for the main dwelling on a lot which has two
single - family dwellings at 1030 -1032 S. Sixth
Avenue (Cletus Verlato, owner).
2. PUBLIC HEARING
Construction of curbs, gutters and driveways on a
portion of Golden West Avenue from south City limit
north to Naomi Avenue by Assessment District -
Job No. 625.
RESOLUTION NO. 5446, determining that the
payment of certain assessments under the
Improvement Act of 1911 may be made in
annual installments (Golden West Avenue from
south City limit north to Naomi Avenue).
RESOLUTION NO. 5447, confirming the cost
of construction of curbs, gutters and
driveways and assessing the cost against
the adjacent property pursuant to the
Improvement Act of 1911 (Golden West Avenue
from south City limit north to Naomi Avenue).
