PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of revisions to the Planning Division and Building Division fees. RESOLUTION NO. 5436, changing the fees, extension fees and appeal fees for General Plan Amendments, Text Amendments, Zone Changes, Variances /Conditional Use Permits, Tentative Maps, Tentative Parcel Maps, Parcel Map Waivers, Administrative Modifications, Modifications, R -2 and R -3 Modifications, and repealing Resolution No. 5324. RESOLUTION NO. 5437, changing the fees for Building Code Variances, Building Permits, Grading Plan Checking, Grading Permits, Plumbing Permits, Mechanical Plan Checking, Move Examination, Relocation Permit, Removal Permit, Demolition Permit, Sign Permit, Swimming Pool Permit and repealing Resolution No. 5323. ACTION AGENDA 9/6/88 S 2. PUBLIC HEARING ACTION Recommendation regarding installation of street lights on Naomi Avenue by Assessment District - Job No. 636. RESOLUTION NO. 5442, determining that the payment of certain assessments under the Improvement Act of 1911 may be made in annual installments (Naomi Avenue). RESOLUTION NO. 5443, confirming the cost of the installation of street lights and assessing the cost against the adjacent property pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911 (Naomi Avenue). 3. Consideration of an appeal of Planning Commis- sion's conditions of approval for construction of a new detached two -car garage for the main dwelling on a lot which has two single - family dwellings (9292.1.4.15) at at 1030 and 1032 South Sixth Avenue (Cletus K. Verlato, appellant - PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED). -2- AGENDA 9/6/88 b. ORDINANCE NO. 1893 - For Adoption - A text Amendment requiring a Conditional Use Permit for retail businesses adjacent to residen- tially -zoned property selling liquor for off - premise consumption, and retail businesses selling goods and products to the public on a walk -in basis which are open more than sixteen (16) hours per day, or which are open to the public any time between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. and establishing restrictions pertaining to said retail businesses.
