Recommendation regarding installation of street
lights on Naomi Avenue by Assessment District -
Job No. 636.
RESOLUTION NO. 5442, determining that the
payment of certain assessments under the
Improvement Act of 1911 may be made in
annual installments (Naomi Avenue).
RESOLUTION NO. 5443, confirming the cost of
the installation of street lights and
assessing the cost against the adjacent
property pursuant to the Improvement Act
of 1911 (Naomi Avenue).

b. ORDINANCE NO. 1893 - For Adoption - A text
Amendment requiring a Conditional Use Permit
for retail businesses adjacent to residen-
tially -zoned property selling liquor for
off - premise consumption, and retail businesses
selling goods and products to the public
on a walk -in basis which are open more than
sixteen (16) hours per day, or which are open
to the public any time between 12:00 midnight
and 6:00 a.m. and establishing restrictions
pertaining to said retail businesses.
