Lemon Avenue Arcadia Dear Mr. Tsai: The public comment period for the Notice of Pending Decision has ended on October 10, 2014. The Development Services Department has conditionally approved the design concept plans submitted on August 20, 2014 for a 2,169- Development square-foot, two-story addition to an existing 3,588-square-foot, two-story, single- Services story residence with a new detached two-car garage at 65 W. This approval letter must be presented to Building Services to initiate the permitting process.
