In accordance with Arcadia Municipal Code Section 9116.3, the City Council shall approve a final tract map if it conforms to all the requirements of the subdivision regulations of the Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act. It is recommended that the City Council approve Final Tract Map No. 72434 for a 12 -unit residential condominium subdivision at 919 -923 Fairview Avenue. DISCUSSION Final Tract Map No. 72434 has been reviewed by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works and the appropriate City Departments. The map has been found to be in substantial compliance with the Tentative Tract Map, as conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on October 8, 2013, and is in compliance with the subdivision regulations of the Arcadia Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act. ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT Final Tract Map No. 72434 is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15332 of the Guidelines for the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as an infill development project. The Planning Commission affirmed this finding and conditionally approved Tentative Tract Map No. 72434 at its regular meeting on October 8, 2013.
