In accordance with Arcadia Municipal Code Section 9116.3, the City Council shall approve a final map if it conforms to all the requirements of the subdivision regulations of the Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act. It is recommended that the City Council approve Final Tract Map No. 72533 for a six -unit residential condominium subdivision at 328 -340 Genoa Street. DISCUSSION Final Tract Map No. 72533 has been reviewed by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works and the appropriate City Departments. The tract map has been found to be in substantial compliance with the tentative map as conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on January 28, 2014, and is in compliance with the subdivision regulations of the Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT Final Tract Map No. 72533 is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15332 of the Guidelines for the California Environmental Quality Act ( "CEQA ") as an infill development project. The Planning Commission affirmed this finding and conditionally approved Tentative Tract Map No. 72533 at its regular meeting on January 28, 2014.
