CONSENT CALENDAR
3. Minutes of the July 14, 2015, Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission
Commissioner Lin noted that the conditions agreed to on Item 3, Tentative Tract Map No. TTM
73061 and Multiple-Family Architectural Design Review No MFADR 14-11, were not clearly
stated in the minutes. He said that the $1000 moving allowance was to be provided to each
individual occupant of the apartments to be demolished, not just to each tenacy. For example,
a family of four would be granted a $4000 moving allowance. The Commissioners discussed
this issue and agreed that the minutes should be corrected to accurately reflect this condition.
MOTION
It was moved by Commissioner Chan, seconded by Commissioner Chiao, to approve
the minutes as corrected.
