HomeMy WebLinkAbout7096 RESOLUTION NO. 7096 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DEDICATION OF EASEMENT AT 5733 SOUTH BALDWIN AVENUE FOR SIDEWALK PURPOSES WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 73006 was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Arcadia on December 9, 2014, with a condition to dedicate an easement for sidewalk purposes behind the new driveway apron at 5733 South Baldwin Avenue; and WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 73006 is now ready for approval and the property owner has offered to dedicate an easement along Baldwin Avenue as shown on attached Exhibit A (Parcel Map 73006). NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That certain property located in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, which constitutes an easement for sidewalk purposes as shown on attached Exhibit "A" (Parcel Map 73006), is hereby accepted by the City of Arcadia. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
