NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
As authorized by California Government Code Section 54956 and Arcadia
City Charter Section 408, a Special Meeting of the Arcadia City
Council /Redevelopment Agency is hereby called to be held at the City of Arcadia
Council Chamber Conference Room, 240 W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia, California
at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2010.
At this Special Meeting, the following matters will be discussed, considered
and acted upon:
CLOSED SESSION
a. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 to confer with labor
negotiators.
Dated: July 1, 2010
City Negotiators: Administrative Services Director Hue Quach, Human
Resources Administrator Michael Casalou and William Floyd of Best
Best and Krieger LLP.
Employee Organizations: Arcadia Public Works Employees Association,
Arcadia City Employees Association, Arcadia Police Civilian Employees
Association, Arcadia Police Officers' Association, Arcadia Firefighters'
Association and unrepresented employees: Department Heads, Division
Managers, Supervisors, and Part-time employees.
STUDY SESSION (OPEN TO THE PUBLIC)
a. Report, discussion and direction regarding options for financial participation by
the Redevelopment Agency in the Campus Commons Senior Housing Project.
b. Report, discussion and direction regarding City Council Official Meetings
budget.
c. Report, discussion and direction regarding 2010 Taxable Allocation Bond
Pricing for Redevelopment.
Prior to going into Closed Session, there will be time reserved for those who
wish to address the City Council /Redevelopment Agency regarding the above
items.
No further business other than the above will be considered at this meeting.
