My two sans went to schools in Arcadia and now are two professionals serving our wofnderUl country. Since 1378 I have kept my house at 215 West Naomi Ave. in Arcadia in a very clean and proper way. To be part of this common. iffy is a privilege for which I am very thankfuli. From the point of view of value and usage I am the last person that will live in my house. I am a 72 year old naan. I am. stare that the next person that will come to live in this proprety after I arch gone will build a new house that will be in proportion to the present size and value of this 38.000 feet property in this prince location. The old patios as you can see in the pictures had some 4 x S world support. I have replace them tbzough the year two tinges due to weathering on the wood. I am replacing these 4 x Q with colmrns. I will keep the vey small changes in these three patio areas in line with the proper cointructions guide lines of the City od Arcadia. I am only replacing these xvacd patios with tl a use of columns that was so prevalent in the homes of our founding father. I would like to point that when I moved into this propeaty in 1978 there was a similar wood extructure in the fr::).rn. of the house. I rerrneved that extructure mom, that 10 years ago. (the wood was all darnage by weathering and yep_ ite). With the cement columns I will not have thhat problenr.. I ask the Planning Commission to approved these replacement that will make mfr house loop beautiful.. I .am Planing to compleina :rat these with new windo,,,; moldings in the whole house.
