NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held for the project described
below. The project includes the following:
A.CEQA Categorically Exempt Section per Section 15303 of the California
Environmental Quality Act – New construction of one single-family
residence; and
B. Appeal of Staff-level decision on approving Single-Family Architectural
Design Review No. SFADR 16-17
Project Description: An appeal of staff-level decision on a approving the design for a
new 4,315 square foot, Prairie style, two story, single-family residence with an attached
422 square foot, two car garage.
Appellants: Marguerite Estevez, Sharyll Kettell, and David Arvizu
Hearing Date and Time: Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
