NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held for the project described
below. The project includes the following:
A.Categorical Exemption per Section 15305 of the California Environmental
Quality Act – Minor Alteration in Land Use Limitations;
B.Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 16-10; and
C.Modification Application No. MP 16-02.
Project Description: A proposed 3,990 square-foot, Spanish-style, two-story residence
with an attached 473 square-foot, two-car garage, and a 568 square-foot basement. The
proposed Zoning Modification is a 20-foot street-side setback, in lieu of the required 25-
foot setback, along Los Altos Avenue.
