described below. The project includes the following:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15305 of the Guidelines of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for conversion of a
small structure with a minor adjustment to the setbacks.
B. Modification MC 16-10 and Administrative Architectural Design
Review No. Admin. SFADR 16-45
Project Description: Convert the existing third car garage to livable space that
is attached to the main house and maintains the existing legal non-conforming
setbacks to the rear and in between the structures. The lot currently has an
existing two-car garage, which meets the minimum requirement for the main
house. The proposed project also includes a remodel to the exterior façade.
