NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held for the
project described below. The project includes the following:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 of the California
Environmental Quality Act – New construction of one single-
family residence; and
B. Appeal of City Staff’s denial of Single-Family Architectural
Design Review No. SFADR 15-88
Project Description: The designer is appealing staff’s denial of the
architectural design of a proposed 6,400 square-foot, Traditional-style,
two-story, single-family residence with an attached 718 square-foot, three-
car garage.
