NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held for the project described
below. The project includes the following:
D.Categorical Exemption per Section 15305 of the California Environmental
Quality Act – Minor Alteration in Land Use Limitations;
E.Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 16-11; and
F.Modification Application No. MP 16-03.
Project Description: A proposed 4,691 square-foot, Prairie-style, two-story residence with
attached 333 square-foot, one-car garage, 427 square-foot detached two-car garage, and
a 692 square-foot basement. The proposed Zoning Modification is a 25’-½” front- setback,
in lieu of the required 41’-0” setback, from Holly Avenue.
