B. Modification MC 16-13 and Single-Family Architectural Design
Review SFADR 16-13
Project Description: A Modification to allow a street-side setback of 19’-3”
where 25’-0” is required for a 381 square-foot first-floor addition to an existing
legal non-conforming single family residence in the R-1-7,500 zone at 1610 S.
1st Avenue.
