described below. The project includes the following:
A.Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 of the California
Environmental Quality Act – In-fill Development Project;
B.Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. TTM 15-04 (73921); and
C.Multiple-Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 15-11
Project Description: A proposal for a twelve (12) unit residential condominium
development requiring approval of a Vesting Tentative Tract Map and Multiple-
Family Architectural Design Review.
