NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held for the project
described below. The project includes the following:
A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15305 and 15303 of the Guidelines of
the California Environmental Quality Act for construction of a new
multiple-family development with a minor adjustment to the setback
requirement; and
B. Modification Application No. MC 15-17 and Multiple-Family Architectural
Design Review No. MFADR 15-08
Project Description: A Modification and Architectural Design Review to allow a 25’-
0” first and second-story front yard setback where a 35’-0” special setback is
required from Third Avenue for a two-unit, Spanish style, multiple-family
development.
