Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons with a disability who require a disability
related modification or accommodation in order to participate in a meeting may request such

Laurie Thompson, at 626-447-5092. Notification 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Time reserved for those in attendance who wish to make comments regarding items that fall
within the jurisdiction of the Architectural Review Board but are not related to any public
hearing item on the agenda. Under the Brown Act, the Board Members are prohibited from
discussing or taking action on any items not listed on the posted agenda. The matter may be
referred to city staff or a board member for appropriate response or be placed on the agenda of a
future meeting.

1. PUBLIC HEARINGS
All interested persons are invited to appear at a public hearing and to produce evidence or
testimony concerning any of the proposed set forth for consideration. You are hereby advised that
appeals from the ARB’s decision shall be made to the Planning Commission. You may be limited
to raising only those issues and objections, which you or anyone else raises at or prior to the time
of the Public Hearing. Appeals of the decision to the Planning Commission may be made in
writing and delivered to Planning Services at 240 W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia, CA 91007
within 7 calendar days of the decision accompanied by a complete application packet and 12 sets
of architectural plans and the appeal fee in accordance with the applicable fee schedule.
