described below. The project includes the following:
A.Categorical Exemption under the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) per Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines – In-fill
development project;
B.Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 16-03 (74513), Multiple-Family
Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 16-18, and Modification e
No. MC 16-16
Project Description: A proposal for a new two-unit residential condominium
development. The modification request is to allow the maximum density of dwelling
units to be rounded-up from 1.7 to 2.0.
