described below. The project includes the following:
A.Categorical Exemption under the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) per Section 15301(k) of the CEQA Guidelines – Existing
Facilities;
B.Tentative Tract Map No. TTM 16-05 (72421);
Project Description: A proposal to subdivide six residential units into
condominiums.

the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the eventual
approval/denial letter. City Hall will be closed on Monday, January 2, 2017; and Friday, December 6, 2017.
