NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held for the project
described below. The project includes the following:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 of the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) – New construction of one
single-family residence; and
B. Appeal of City Staff’s denial of Single-Family Architectural Design
Review No. SFADR 14-108
Project Description: The designer is appealing staff’s denial of the
architectural design review for a 4,326 square-foot, two-story, Spanish
Mediterranean-style, single-family residence, with an attached one-car garage
and a detached two-car garage.
