PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held for the project
described below. The project includes the following:
A. Categorical Exemption under the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15301(k) of the CEQA
Guidelines – Existing Facilities;
B. Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 16-07 (72285).
Project Description: A proposal to subdivide three residential units into
condominiums.

statements to Planning Services prior to the January 24, 2017 hearing. This notice was mailed and published on Thursday, January 12, 2017.
The staff report for this project will be available on the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov after 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 19, 2017.

project, and the eventual approval/denial letter. City Hall will be closed on Friday, January 20, 2017.

Arcadia prior to the public hearing.
