Dear Association resident;
You are cordially invited to attend a formal meeting of the Architectural Review Board
(ARB) on Monday, March 20, 2017
Meeting Location: 957 Paloma Dr.
The purpose of the meeting is to review proposed plans for the construction of a new
home at 1025 Catalpa Rd. This meeting is considered a public hearing and all interested
parties may attend and comment in accordance with City of Arcadia Resolution No.
5287. City code requires notification of any neighbor within 100 feet of the subject
home. Attendance is not mandatory.
Your comments are very much appreciated by the ARB either at the meeting or by mail
prior to the meeting. Any decision reached by the ARB may be appealed to the City in
accordance with City code.
If you wish to review plans prior to the meeting, please make your request at
ranchosaarb@gmail.com. Likewise, if you have any questions or comments prior to the
meeting, these may be communicated to me at the same email address. Your input is vital
and greatly appreciated.
