Date: March 20, 2017 Mtg. Time: 6:30 p.m. (open to the public) The meeting was opened and the following board members were present: Ernie Boehr, Bob Eriksson, Richard Fricke The purpose of this meeting was to review the changes made to the roof line as discussed in the last meeting. Robert Tong, the designer of the above home, stated that he lowered the roofline to 25' 8" from the previous planned height of 27 1/2'. He did so by lowering the ceiling heights on the first and second floor. He did not alter the grading in order to protect the roots of the trees. The Board will be given a full arborist report along with the revised landscape plans for this house. An arborist will monitor the tree during the home's construction to detect any possible damage. PUBLIC COMMENTS: No neighbors were present at this meeting. BOARD COMMENTS: The Boards only comments related to the double front door and the dormer windows. It was agreed that due to the 8 foot setback of the front door, the double doors with 4 lites each per door would aethestically work out. The Board all agreed that the dormers need to be recessed back into the stucco. Bob Eriksson met with the landscape architect and said changes were made regarding the trees to help hide the height of the home. MOTION: A motion was made and unanimously approved by the Board to approve the design of this home subject to City approval of the arborist's report and that it be known that approval for the double front door was being granted an exception based in keeping with the architectural harmony of the design and that it is set back from the front of the home. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:00 p.m. Minutes by: Kathy Henrich Note: The plans will be stamped after the report from the Arborist is received. Present: Robert Tong along with the owners of the home The Board as listed above
