You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15305 and 15311(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an on-premise sign; B. Sign Architectural Design Review No. SADR 17-02; and C. Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 17-04 Project Description: A Modification to allow a new wall sign to have a total sign area of 26.25 square feet in lieu of the maximum 16 square feet allowed for a new retail business in the Arcadia Hub Shopping Center (dba: Yum Creamery) Comment Period: Monday, May 8, 2017 to Monday, May 22, 2017 by 5:30PM Project Location: 733 W. Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
