You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15301(e)(1) and 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an addition to an existing structure and minor adjustments to the setback. B. Administrative Major Modification No. AM Major 17-06 and Single-Story Architectural Design Review No. SSADR 17-10. Project Description: The Applicant is requesting to legalize a non-permitted 185 square foot enclosed breezeway and storage space into livable space that is located between the house and the garage and maintain the existing street side yard setback of 15’-0” whereas 25’-0” is required for a reversed corner lot. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
