You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as an in-fill development B. Multiple-Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 16-26 Project Description: A proposal for a five unit, Contemporary style, multiple-family development project with ten resident parking spaces and three guest parking spaces provided in a semi-subterranean parking garage. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) day s following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
