The revised project includes the following: A. Mitigated Negative Declaration for the original project with updated analysis pursuant to Section 15162 of the CEQA Guidelines B. Revised Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 09-08 (071182) C. Revised Residential Mountainous Development Permit No. RM 07-01 D. Revised Oak Tree Permit No. TR 08-04 Project Description: The subject properties are vacant parcels accessed from Canyon Road with a combined lot area of 90.25 acres. The applicant is proposing revisions to a previously approved project for a two lot subdivision and grading of the two lots for future construction of two single family residences. Approval of new crib walls, ranging in height from 6’-2” to 38’-8”, encroachments into the protected area of four Coast Live Oak trees, and the removal of three healthy Coast Live Oak trees, are also being requested. The property is located in the Highlands Homeowners’ Association. The design of the homes is subject to the Highlands Architectural Review Board’s review and approval. Copies of th e Mitigated Negative Declaration with updated analysis are on file and available for public review at Arcadia City Hall and at the Arcadia Public Library at 20 W. Duarte Road. The staf f report for this item will be available on the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov after 5:30 PM on Thursday, July 20, 2017.
