You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15303 and 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an accessory structure and minor adjustments to the setback. B. Administrative Major Modification No. AM Major 17-11 Project Description: The Applicant is requesting to legalize a non-permitted 303 square foot accessory structure and maintain the existing side yard setback of 5’-11” whereas 7’-0” is required. The structure will also maintain the existing rear yard setback of 3’-10” whereas 10’-0” is required. The accessory structure was approved by the Santa Anita Village Homeowners Association Architectural Review Board. Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
