The project includes the following: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) – In-Fill Development; and B. Tentative Tract Map No. TTM 17-02 (74941), Multiple-Family Design Review No. MFADR 16-10, Protected Tree Encroachment Permit No. TRE 16-54. Project Description: A proposal for a ten (10) unit residential condominium development with a Tentative Tract Map, Multiple-Family Architectural Design Review, and Protected Tree Encroachment Permit. This item was continued from the April 25, 2017, Planning Commission meeting. The proposed project has been revised to provide greater setbacks at the rear and address privacy issues. This notice was mailed and published on August 10, 2017. The staff report for this project will be available on the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov after 5:30 PM on Thursday, August 17, 2017. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the eventual approval/denial letter.
