The project includes the following: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) – In-Fill Development; B. Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 17-02 (74983), Multiple-Family Design Review No. MFADR 17-01 and Minor Administrative Modification No. AM 17-11 Project Description: A proposal for a new three (3) unit residential condominium development requiring approval of a tentative parcel map and Multiple -Family Architectural Design Review. A Minor Administrative Modification is requested to reduce the width of the two guest parking stalls that vary from 10’-0” to 10’-6” whereas 11’-6” is required.
