HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic Hearing Notice - City Council Meeting 9-5-17PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – CITY COUNCIL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a public hearing and consider the adoption of Resolution No. 7176 and introduction of Ordinance No. 2349, as described below: A. CEQA Categorically Exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 and 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as Existing Facilities and Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations; and B. General Plan Amendment No. GPA No. 17-01 and Zone Change No. ZC 17-01 with a Zoning Map Amendment Project Description: Resolution No. 7176 and introduce Ordinance No. 2349 for General Plan Amendment No. GPA 17-01, and Zone Change No. ZC 17-01 with a Zoning Map Amendment, to change the Arcadia General Plan land use designation from Commercial to Low Density Residential and rezone the properties from C-G, General Commercial to R-1-7,500, Low Density Residential.

Council prior to the September 5, 2017 hearing. This notice was published on Thursday, August 24, 2017, in the Arcadia Weekly. The staff report for this
item, resolution, and proposed ordinance will be available for review on the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov after 5:30 PM on Thursday, August 31,
2017. City Hall will be closed on Friday, August 1, 2017 and Monday, September 4, 2017 in observance of Labor Day.
