HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Pending Decision Notice of Pending Decision - Major AM 17-15 NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is requesting a Major Administrative Modification. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption from CEQA pursuant to Section 15301(a) and 15305 of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility and minor alterations to the land; and B. Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 17-15 Project Description: A request for a Modification to allow a second driveway on the property that is a circular driveway off of Las Tunas Drive, and to allow the inside edge of the circular driveway to be located 9 feet from the property line, whereas 25 feet is required. The proposed hardscape for the driveway and walkway areas will be at 41%, whereas the maximum allowed is 40% along the street side yard setback area. Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter. City Hall will be closed on Friday, September 15, 2017.
