PROJECT ADDRESS: 303, 305, 307, and 309 E. Foothill Blvd.
Dear Vince Law, Yen-Kuang Lee, Tony Ou, Shao Hua Ye, and Jing R. Zhong;
At the September 19, 2017 meeting, the City Council adopted Ordinance No.
2349 approving a zone change to redesignate the zoning from General
Commercial (C-G) to Low Density Residential (R-1-7,500) to the properties
located at 303, 305, 307, and 309 E. Foothill Boulevard.
Concurrent with this request, the City Council approved General Plan
Amendment No. GPA 17-01 under Resolution No. 7176 at its September 5, 2017
meeting, to change the City of Arcadia General Plan land use designation for the
subject properties from Commercial to Low Density Residential.
Ordinance No. 2349 shall be effect on October 20, 2017 which is thirty-one (31)
days after its adoption.
