The project includes the following: A. Categorical Exemption under Class 4, Section 15304 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines as minor alteration to the land; and B. Home Owners Association Appeal No. HOA 17-01 Project Description: An appeal of the Planning Commission’s approval to overturn the Santa Anita Oaks Home Owners’ Association Architectural Review Board Chairperson’s denial of a new circular driveway at 1231 San Carlos Road. Appellant: Santa Anita Oaks Home Owners Association Hearing Date and Time: Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. Place of Hearing: Arcadia City Council Chambers 240 W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia, CA Persons wishing to comment on the project and/or environmental documents may do so at the public hearing or by submitting written statements to Planning Services prior to the October 17, 2017 hearing. This notice was mailed and published in Arcadia Weekly on October 5, 2017. The staff report for this project will be available on the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov after 5:30PM on Thursday, October 12, 2017. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
