SUBJECT: Appeal of Planning Commission’s Approval of Home
Owners Association No. HOA 17-01
PROJECT ADDRESS: 1231 San Carlos Road
Dear Mr. Vargas:
At the October 17, 2017, City Council meeting the Council approved
the appeal (3-2 vote) and overturned the Planning Commission’s
approval of Home Owners’ Association Appeal No. HOA 17-01, and
upheld the Santa Anita Oaks Home Owners’ Association Architectural
Review Board Chairperson’s denial of a new circular driveway at 1231
San Carlos Road.
