The project includes the following: A. CEQA Categorically Exempt Section 15301(a) of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility; and B. Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 17-09 Project Description: A Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a full service restaurant (d.b.a. Energy Bistro) with alcoholic beverage service and 10 private karaoke rooms within the existing 4,885 square foot space at the Arcadia Hub Shopping Center. The proposed business hours are from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM, seven days a week. Applicant: Kai Wing Wai, Business Owner Hearing Date and Time: November 14, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. Place of Hearing: Arcadia City Council Chambers 240 W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia, CA Persons wishing to comment on the project and/or environmental documents may do so at the public hearing or by submitting written statements to Planning Services prior to the November 14, 2017 hearing. This notice was mailed and published on November 2, 2017. The staff report for this project will be available on the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov after 5:30 PM on Thursday, November 9, 2017.
