The project includes the following: A. CEQA Categorically Exempt Section Sections 15305 and 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines for minor alterations in land use limitations and an in-fill development project B. Tentative Tract Map No. TTM 17-07 and Architectural Design Review No. ADR 17-01 Project Description: A tentative tract map to combine 10 legal lots into one lot on parcels located on Goldring Road and construct a new, two-story 16,360 square-foot warehouse building with incidental office space. Applicant: Leo Wu, Designer Hearing Date and Time: Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. Place of Hearing: Arcadia City Council Chambers 240 W. This notice was mailed and published on November 30, 2017. The staff report for this project will be available on the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov after 5:30 PM on Thursday, December 7, 2017.
