Santa Clara St. is requesting approval of a Minor Use Permit for a new fitness facility within Unit #15. You have the opportunity to comment on the project and CEQA environmental determination prior to the City making a decision: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility; and B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 17-04 Project Description: A request for a Minor Use Permit to operate a 1,047 square-foot, fitness facility (dba: Everlong Crossfit) with up to 10 people at any one time within an existing multi-tenant commercial building at 125 E. Santa Clara St., Unit #15. The proposed hours of operation are 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
